Individual Coaching
Since we work together in an integrative model, the intake encompasses all areas of your life and takes one and half to two sessions. This is an exercise in self discovery while I learn more about you and your desired result. At the end of our intake sessions we co-create an action plan that outlines your goals and some of the techniques that we agree together will help bring you and/or your family to wholeness. Follow up visits help troubleshoot obstacles, refine your plan if needed, discuss assignments, and celebrate your growth. Expect to be loved, supported, called higher, affirmed, challenged, seen, and heard. Prepare for your life to change for the better!
Rates and Fees: please contact me for my rates and packages. I work with two clients at all times on a sliding scale basis to help as many people as possible despite financial needs.
Parent/Family Coaching
An initial two hour intake session helps me learn more about your family life and your goals in our work together. It is not required, but it can be beneficial for me to come to your home for an observation session. Observation sessions help me see your family rhythms, victories and struggles in person while they play out. This is a one day process. This is not to make stress for you cleaning your home for a week before i come! I am a single mom and I understand with our modern lives a perfect house is not a reality! I visit homes within a 45 minute radius of Saratoga Springs, NY or travel within three hours with an additional travel fee. Please contact me to discuss a visit to Charleston SC, Boston/Cape Cod MA and Denver CO where I have accommodations with family.
