In my 30s and 40s I had a series of health struggles that I saw as my body sharing with me that my approach to life was not working. I set an intention to make changes in my life. I worked with therapists to help me get to the core root of my imbalanced life. It wasn't until I met with an integrative wellness and life coach that I was able to implement the needed changes in my life by finding wholeness within myself. I use my training in integrative wellness and life coaching to help individuals create more balance and health across all areas of their life. When one is striving towards balance we are able to approach challenges and goals with ease. My approach is holistic, working from the inside out and the outside in simultaneously. My parent coaching clients are able to use individual coaching sessions to build balance within themselves as a healthy family is composed of healthy individuals.
